I haven't forgotten about updating, i'm just ill and had a very busy weekend. I'll try to update tomorrow!

Alright so my deadline was today. My goal was 3 lbs in two weeks, I lost a total of 2.2 lbs! I am very disappointed that I did not reach this goal, but I know I could have done much better. There were a few times during the week in which snacks were offered at work...cupcakes, cookies, breakfast buffet...yeah it's very hard to say no to these things! I can for awhile, but whenever they sit directly across from my desk I give in.

This week's 'Game of the Week' title is going to be shared by two games, based on the same concept: Rock Band 2 & Dance, Dance, Revolution! I was visiting some friends and we played both of these games and I was pleasantly surprised by both of them. First I was given the task of playing the drums on Rock Band 2. By the end of a few songs I was breaking a small sweat. I attempted a few songs in 'Expert' mode and wow, my arms are still a little stiff! I have often wondered how Max Weinberg got buff, I now know!

I decided to add a 'Game of the Week', to alert readers to new or old games coming out that could expand upon your routines. This week's game is, 'Wii Sports'. While the Wii Fit has many great games I feel it lacks in upper body activities, which Wii Sports offers. It was the pioneer of 'fit' games as it offered training and a body test which gave your 'Fit Age'. The game offers boxing, baseball, tennis, bowling, and golfing activities.

Eldorian has been very busy lately and has graciously allowed me to begin to document my own journey on the Wii Weight Loss Plan to supplement his information. I am very excited to not only use this tool as motivation for myself, but hopefully for some of you out there as well. If you should indulge me a few moments I will try to share a little back story about myself with you.

I haven't been updating since I've been pretty busy preparing this past week for my trip to Paris. I leave today.

I didn't hit my 3 pound goal on Monday (actually gained weight) - I do have a 6 pound goal made though for 2 weeks that should get me back on track... we'll see if I hit that or not.
